Affiliate and Referral Program Terms

The standard qualifying referral commission is $100 USD per completed qualifying sale.

A commission is earned only after Luxe has successfully received the full required payment for the qualifying website service.

For an approved two-payment arrangement, the commission is earned only after the project has been fully paid.

A referral may be attributed to an affiliate for up to sixty (60) days from the qualifying tracked referral interaction, subject to available tracking and verification records.

Approved commissions are generally paid monthly.

The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

Affiliates may not use their own referral method to generate commission on their own purchases.

If a transaction is reversed, disputed, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, Luxe may cancel or reverse the related commission.

If a commission was already paid, Luxe may deduct the amount from future commissions or request repayment where appropriate.

Affiliates must accurately represent Luxe Web Design and its services.

Affiliates may not make false, misleading, unsupported, or unauthorized statements regarding pricing, results, discounts, guarantees, website rankings, income, leads, sales, or performance.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Luxe when required by applicable advertising or endorsement laws.

Luxe may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program prospectively.

Commissions already validly earned before a program change will be handled according to the terms applicable when earned, subject to chargeback and fraud provisions.
