The Luxe Web Design website provides information about web design, website maintenance, related digital services, consultation opportunities, pricing, and other services offered by Luxe.

Information on the website does not by itself create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If you submit information on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our services, pricing, features, and processes.

Specific project requirements may be confirmed during consultation or onboarding.

Where a project-specific agreement, purchase terms, payment terms, or service agreement conflicts with general website information, the project-specific terms applicable to the transaction will control.

Published prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

The standard payment method for Website Essential and Website Premium is full payment before work begins.

Luxe may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative two-payment arrangement to a specific client. Such arrangement is not automatically available and is governed by separate payment terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the Luxe Web Design website, branding, graphics, text, design, and other materials appearing on our own website are owned by or licensed to Luxe Web Design.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Luxe Web Design website materials without authorization.

Ownership of websites created for clients is governed by the applicable Service Agreement and Purchase Terms.

You may not use this website to violate applicable law, interfere with the security or operation of the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious software, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or infringing content.

Our website may use or link to third-party services including payment processors, analytics services, maps, scheduling platforms, social networks, or other providers.

Luxe does not control the independent operation of third-party services.

Luxe Web Design does not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, conversion rates, search engine rankings, website traffic, business growth, or any specific commercial outcome resulting from a website or related service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or online services where reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Web Design and One Global Power House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a lawsuit relating to these Terms, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through mediation.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue available remedies in the appropriate courts in Florida, subject to applicable law.

Translations may be provided for convenience.

If there is a conflict between the English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version controls.
