Web Design Service Agreement
Effective date: September 18, 2026
This Web Design Service Agreement applies to web design projects purchased from Luxe Web Design.
1. Parties
The service provider is Luxe Web Design, operated by One Global Power House.
The purchaser identified in the applicable payment record, proposal, invoice, onboarding form, or project documentation is referred to as the "Client."
2. Services
Luxe will provide the web design services associated with the package purchased by the Client.
The exact package, features, and applicable deliverables are determined by the selected service and any written project-specific scope agreed by the parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide the information and materials reasonably required to complete the project, including business information, text, logos, images, branding, contact details, approvals, and other required materials.
The Client represents that it owns or has permission to use all content, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, written materials, and other assets supplied to Luxe.
The Client is responsible for reviewing submitted materials for accuracy.
4. Project Start
The project timeline begins only after: (1) the applicable required payment has been received; and (2) Luxe has received all materials reasonably required to begin the project.
Delays in providing information or materials may delay the delivery date.
5. Delivery Estimates
Website Essential projects are generally targeted for completion within approximately seven (7) days after the project timeline begins.
Website Premium projects are generally targeted for completion within approximately ten (10) days after the project timeline begins.
These are estimated production timelines and may be affected by Client delays, changes in scope, third-party services, technical issues, or circumstances outside Luxe's reasonable control.
6. Revisions
Each Website Essential or Website Premium project includes one consolidated revision round.
A revision round means one consolidated list of reasonable changes to text, images, and layout submitted by the Client at one time.
Requests that materially change the approved scope, design direction, functionality, or project requirements may be treated as additional work.
7. Additional Work
Work outside the purchased scope will be quoted separately and will not begin until approved by the Client.
8. Client Inactivity
If the Client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals for fourteen (14) consecutive days, Luxe may pause the project.
No reactivation fee is charged solely because of such pause; however, the completion timeline may be rescheduled based on Luxe's then-current availability.
9. Review and Final Delivery
Before final delivery, Luxe may conduct a review call or meeting with the Client to present the completed website and address the included revision round where applicable.
Final publication, handoff, transfer, or delivery will occur in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
10. Bug Correction Period
Luxe provides thirty (30) days of correction for technical development errors attributable to Luxe.
The thirty-day period begins on the date of final Client approval.
This correction period does not include new content, redesign requests, new features, changes in business requirements, third-party failures, third-party software changes, external hosting failures, external service interruptions, or damage caused by modifications made by the Client or other third parties.
11. Hosting and Domain
One (1) year of hosting is included with the applicable website project.
Domain registration cost is also included with the applicable project.
Renewals or services after the included period may be subject to separate terms or charges.
12. Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and delivered project materials transfers to the Client.
As currently structured, Luxe does not reserve separate ownership of reusable components, frameworks, generic code, internal tools, or project processes that are transferred as part of the completed Client website.
Third-party software, libraries, platforms, fonts, plugins, services, stock assets, AI tools, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective third-party licenses.
13. Portfolio Use
Luxe may display the completed project in its portfolio, website, presentations, social media, or promotional materials.
The Client may request in writing that the project not be displayed publicly, and Luxe will honor reasonable opt-out requests.
14. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting infrastructure, analytics services, maps, payment processors, fonts, plugins, domain registrars, AI providers, or other external services.
Luxe is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, pricing changes, or failures caused solely by independent third-party providers.
15. No Guaranteed Results
Luxe does not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or any other business or marketing result.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida.
17. Disputes
The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating litigation.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be brought before an appropriate Florida court.
