AI-Generated Content Terms

Website Premium includes one AI-generated cinematic video.

The video may contain imagery, motion, environments, effects, voice-free visual sequences, or other elements generated or modified through artificial intelligence tools.

No specific video duration is guaranteed unless separately confirmed in writing.

The Client understands that AI-generated content may contain variations, stylistic interpretation, or visual details that differ from traditionally photographed or manually illustrated material.

Exact reproduction of a particular AI generation result cannot always be guaranteed.

One revision round is included for the AI cinematic video.

Requests involving a new concept, new creative direction, extensive regeneration, substantially different scenes, or additional videos may require a separate quote.

The final approved cinematic video file will be delivered to the Client.

The Client represents that it has the necessary rights to any logos, photographs, trademarks, likenesses, videos, reference materials, or other assets supplied for use in AI-assisted content.

AI-generated content may be produced using third-party technology providers.

Use of those systems may be subject to their applicable licenses, terms, technical limitations, or content policies.

Luxe will transfer its transferable rights in the completed project deliverable to the Client upon full payment.

The Client understands that copyright protection or exclusivity for AI-generated material may vary depending on applicable law, the amount of human authorship, and the technology used.

Luxe does not guarantee that an AI-generated visual element will be legally exclusive to the Client or that similar outputs could not be generated independently by another user or service.
