Website Care Subscription Terms

Website Care includes basic website monitoring and updates, weekly backups, monthly review of the primary website form and SSL status, up to thirty (30) minutes per month of minor content changes, email support, and payment/invoice administration where applicable.

Website Care automatically renews each month until cancelled.

The applicable payment method may be charged automatically on each recurring billing date.

Clients may cancel Website Care by email or through an available internal account feature.

Cancellation may be submitted at any time before the next billing date.

Once cancellation is effective, future recurring charges will stop.

Amounts already charged for a billing period are non-refundable.

The Client may continue receiving the applicable service through the paid period, unless otherwise agreed.

The included thirty minutes of minor content changes expire at the end of each billing month.

Unused time does not roll over.

Luxe targets an initial response to Website Care support requests within one (1) business day.

This is a response target and not a guarantee that every requested change or technical issue will be fully resolved within one business day.

Website Care does not automatically include redesigns, new pages, new functionality, major development work, substantial content creation, or repair of issues caused by third-party services or unauthorized modifications.

Such work may be quoted separately.
