Website Premium Purchase Terms
Effective date: September 18, 2026
Price: $1,999 USD
Website Premium includes up to five (5) total website pages and the applicable core features included with Website Essential, together with the Premium package enhancements described by Luxe at the time of purchase.
The package includes one AI-generated cinematic video.
No specific video duration is guaranteed unless separately confirmed in writing for a particular project.
The package also includes a contact form, map integration where applicable, responsive implementation, technical SEO setup, Google Analytics 4 setup, Google Search Console setup, one consolidated revision round, and thirty days of qualifying development bug correction.
AI Cinematic Video
The cinematic video is generated using artificial intelligence and may incorporate AI-generated imagery, motion, editing, or other machine-generated elements.
One revision round for the cinematic video is included.
The final video file will be provided to the Client as part of final delivery.
Additional revisions or materially different creative directions may require a separate quote.
Payment
The standard payment method is $1,999 paid in full before work begins.
An alternative two-payment arrangement may be offered only when specifically approved by Luxe.
Project Start
The estimated ten-day production period begins after payment and all required Client materials have been received.
Acceptance
Payment constitutes acceptance of these Purchase Terms, the Service Agreement, AI-Generated Content Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and other terms presented during the transaction.
Translations are provided for convenience. If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version controls.
